Matters regarding the application for Graduate Study Room Seats and Lockers for the 2025 academic year in our Departments

1. The “Graduate Study Room Regulations” of our department are attached for your reference.
2.The study room is divided into three sections: Assigned Seats (with real-name registration), Open Seating, and Lockers.
   Except for the Open Seating area, which is available for all graduate students of our Departments, the other areas require an application.
   Please refer to the regulations for details.
3. The application schedule for the 2025 academic year is as follows:
    (1) Assigned Seats (real-name registration):
    1. Phase 1: 12 seats available. Please submit application materials to the departmental office by Friday, September 5, 2025, at noon.
    2. Phase 2: 20 seats available. Please submit application materials to the departmental office by Friday, September 12, 2025, at noon.
    (2) Lockers: Available in the form of personal steel lockers, two-tier system lockers, and three-tier system lockers.
         Please submit application materials to the departmental office by Friday, September 26, 2025. Late applicants will be allowed to borrow the remaining lockers in order, by batches.  
4. The relevant application forms are attached. Please download and fill them, then email the application materials to the mailbox(t04527@ntnu.edu.tw) before the application deadline. Thank you!
